Individual therapy
I help couples of all stages improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. My work is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), integrative Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), culturally attuned interventions, and communication psychoeducation for both partners.

I accept Aetna insurance via Headway. Superbills are available for out-of-network reimbursement. Limited insurance spots are available. For those limited spots, Headway does accept 1199 union Aetna insurance in most cases after verification.
