In-Network Insurance Plans
We currently participate with the following insurance networks:
Insurance participation may change. Coverage and benefits are determined by your individual plan.
- Aetna Plans: Aetna, Aetna Allied Benefit System, Aetna Gravie, Aetna Marpai, Aetna Meritain, Aetna WebTPA.
- Cigna Plans: Cigna, Cigna A2, Cigna EAP, ClaimDOC.
- Blue Cross Blue Shield (New York): Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield New York (formerly Empire), Highmark BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York, Highmark BlueShield of Northeastern New York.
- Additional Networks: Alliance Coal Health Plan, FAIROS powered by OccuNet, Headspace EAP / Care, Partners Direct, Sana Benefits, Unity Preferred Network, Unity Preferred Workers Comp, Velocity National Provider Network, Velocity National Provider Network Workers Comp.
Self-Pay / Out-of-Network Therapy Rates
For clients using out-of-network benefits or paying privately, the following promotional rates are currently available:
Promotional 1-Year Lock-In Rate
Individual Therapy: $200 per 53-minute session
Couples / Family Therapy: $220 per 53-minute session
This promotional rate is locked in for one year from your start date of services. Rates may change for new clients.

Out-of-Network Billing Support with Thrizer
If your insurance is not listed above, we partner with Thrizer, a service that helps simplify out-of-network billing and reimbursement.
How Thrizer Works: Thrizer verifies your insurance benefits and estimates your deductible and cost of services; you pay for each session upfront; a portion of each paid session may apply toward your deductible based on your insurance’s allowed amount; once your deductible has been met, you may begin receiving reimbursements for eligible sessions after claims are processed and funds are delivered through your Thrizer portal.
Reimbursement amounts vary by plan and are not guaranteed.
Important Payment Notes
Standard therapy sessions are 53 minutes.
All fees are due at the time of service.
Clients are responsible for any portion not reimbursed by insurance.
Insurance benefits are determined by your carrier, not by the practice.
Rates are subject to change for new clients.
Cancellation and late fees apply according to practice policy.
