At Premier Relational Therapy, I provide thoughtful, high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families seeking lasting emotional and relational healing. I offer both weekly sessions and extended intensives to meet your needs and lifestyle. Sessions are available in person at my Rye, NY office or virtually for New York residents.
If you feel stuck or overwhelmed and want to make real progress without waiting months, an intensive might be the right fit. Therapy intensives are extended sessions (2–8 hours) designed for individuals, couples, or families who want to work deeply and efficiently.
Held either in-person at my Rye, NY office or virtually (New York residents only), intensives offer focused time to explore your story, gain insight, and walk away with tools that support lasting emotional and relational change. Intensives are available for teenagers and above (ages 13+).

Yes — you can absolutely work with me for an intensive even if you're currently in therapy with another provider, as long as we’re not addressing the same clinical issue at the same time.
If you'd like to work on the same issue, you’ll need to temporarily pause treatment with your current therapist before beginning intensive work with me.
Dual treatment for the same concern is not ethically appropriate and may cause confusion due to differing clinical approaches. This guideline exists to keep your care safe and effective.
If you are not currently seeing an individual therapist, yes — you're welcome to begin individual therapy with me after your intensive.
Please note: dual treatment is not permitted, so you must not be engaged with another therapist for the same issue at the same time.
Yes — absolutely!
Some clients prefer to build rapport or get a sense of my style before committing to an intensive. Others are ready to jump in. Both options are completely valid.
You're encouraged to move at the pace that feels best for you.
Many clients feel lighter, clearer, or emotionally tender after an intensive. You’ve just done deep clinical work, so give yourself time to rest and integrate.
I recommend you clear your schedule the day of and the day after, limit stimulation, hydrate, and allow space for reflection. Think of it like recovery after emotional surgery.
Yes! I offer weekend intensives for busy professionals, caregivers, and those whose weekday schedules are packed. Let’s find a time that works for you.
